How to ensure that the Return Policy is implied on your order without any hassles?
We make every effort to ensure that your order is carefully dispatched to you and hope that you’re happy with your purchase. We’re committed to superior customer service, quality products and your complete satisfaction. However, if you wish to return your item(s), you should keep in mind a few things before sending the item(s) and follow the below procedure:
Item(s) must be unused and in their original condition with all tags and packaging (for e.g. shoes must be packed in the original shoe box and returned, Fragrance bottle seal must not be opened/tampered, Watch must be in the original box with warranty card and manual, etc.)
All additional items or accessories in the package must be sent without anything missed out. Any product that is returned without all original packaging and accessories, including the box, manufacturer’s packaging if any, and all other items originally included with the product(s) delivered, will not be eligible for a replacement.
Please do take care that you pack item(s) securely and safely to prevent any loss or damage during transit. For all self shipped returns, we recommend you use a reliable courier service.
In order to offer you the hassle free replacement service, it is required to get the product condition checked before sending out the replacement unit. Hence, we need to acquire the defective/damage product before processing replacement or a refund.
Empty Box Returns
Please get in touch with us within 24-hours from the time of delivery. We will co-ordinate with our courier partners and try to locate your product soon.
Myseasonstore does not offer cash refunds. In case of returns customers have the following two options:
- Get equivalent amount as Myseasonstore store credit to be used on any future purchase at Myseasonstore
- In case of damaged or incorrect merchandise, Myseasonstore would ship the correct product upon receipt of the damaged or incorrect merchandise from you
Customers will have to bear the return shipment and packaging costs

Late or Missing Refund
As soon as we receive your return we would update your account, and mention the refund status in it.
In case of product replacement, you would be able to track your shipment (Courier name and AWB number) from your account.
In case of Myseasonstore store credit, the same would reflect as prepaid credit in your account as soon as the return gets processed from our end.
How are Refunds Issued
Refunds are issued in the following two ways
- Product replacement – In case of damaged or incorrect items Myseasonstore would replace it with a new one, upon receipt of the returned item
- In case you do not wish to receive the replacement, you may specify that in your communication with our customer service. You would receive Myseasonstore store credit of the equivalent amount.
We do not provide cash refunds.
Myseasonstore provides price protection for items during shipment, during refund and during returns. Therefore, in case price of a product falls during that period, we still consider the sale price as the consideration to be refunded.

Price Guarantee on Deal of The Day
Myseasonstore offers price gurantee on the deal of the day. This price gurantee is for a period of 3 working days or the shipping duration, whichever is lower. This is to ensure that you get the best deal at the time of actual delivery of the product.
We would refund the difference amount, between the amount you have paid at Myseasonstore and the amount for which the same product (with accessories) is available for at any e-commerce site anywhere on the internet. While calculating selling price, please gross up all taxes, shipping charges and any other handling and packaging charges charged elsewhere, to that paid on Myseasonstore.
The difference amount would be refunded as Myseasonstore store credit into your account within one week from receipt of your refund request and successful verification of the same.

Do I need a Paypal account to make payment using a non-Indian credit card?
No. You don’t need a Paypal account for paying using International Cards. When you click on the International Credit Card payment method during ordering, you’ll be taken to a page which will show you a form with billing details. If you don’t see the form you’ll see the following line which will take you to the form.
“Don’t have a PayPal account? Use your credit card or bank account (where available). Continue”
Click on the link below “Continue” to continue to the form where you can enter your credit card details without having to create a Paypal account.
Paying by Cheque / Demand Draft
Customers can pay by check or demand draft(dd) by physically depositing the check/dd into our Yes bank account. Alternatively, one can mail the check/dd to our physical address and we will ship the product as soon as the payment is realized in our account. For account and mailing details, please contact us by phone or email.
If you are making a payment using check or demand draft, please make them payable to Hiranandani Rise.
Exchanges / Returns
- To claim full refund of any item purchased, you are required to return the item within 7 days from the day of delivery. The refund amount will be credited back into your Myseasonstore Account. Innerwear and socks are not included in this refund policy.
- All items to be returned must be unused and in their original condition with all original tags and packaging intact. Items must be in their original unused, unsoiled condition, please make sure that you pack items securely and safely to prevent any loss or damage during transit. For all self-shipped returns, we recommend you use a reliable courier service and share the tracking details after dispatching the product.
- Once the product is received, Myseasonstore has all rights to decide whether the returned product is unused and returned on time.
- PLEASE NOTE that we DO NOT accept returns on socks, swimwear, underwear or any innerwear due to hygiene reasons.
- All tags, original packaging and certificate of authenticity card need to be intact, product must not be broken or tampered with by customer.
